Shipping and delivery

Shipping times depend on the type of shipment selected. After placing an order you will receive more information about shipping and delivery times by e-mail. Note that these times are indicative only and each order is processed from the moment we receive the balance for the order itself. As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking details. From that moment on, you will be able to track the order independently. From Italy you can choose between different types of shipment when ordering: – Standard Shipping Brt (10 working days) – cost € 7.00; – Express Brt Shipping (2/5 working days) – cost € 11.00; – Free Brt shipping (over € 180 + VAT); – Collection on site (no cost). – Fermo Point Bartolini While for countries outside Italy and for Europe the shipping costs are € 15.

Depending on the availability of the products, the order could be divided into several moments. Please always refer to the e-mail sent to you when the order is entrusted to the courier to make sure that all items have been shipped at the same time.

My orders and my profile

If the order has not yet been prepared for shipment, it can be canceled independently from the customer profile (in the "My orders" section). This page is visible only after logging in with your credentials. After selecting the order, the "Cancel order" button will appear at the bottom of the page. Confirmation of cancellation will arrive by email along with information on refund times. Unfortunately, once the products are prepared for shipment, it will not be possible to request cancellation.
